Felmar is a fisheries and aquaculture professional with 16 years of international experience in aquaculture systems design, construction, and management across the Philippines, Ghana, the United States, Uganda, Côte d’Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Kenya.

He specialises in tilapia production, hatchery development, aquaculture systems design, and farm operations, and has contributed to the design and development of numerous tilapia hatcheries across Africa. His experience combines technical aquaculture expertise with strong operational and management capabilities.

Felmar holds a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries from Mindanao State University at Naawan, with a focus on the transportation of Penaeus vannamei post-larvae. As Chief Operations Manager at Kachotera Aquatics International, he provides technical and operational leadership, supporting clients in developing efficient, sustainable, and commercially viable aquaculture enterprises.
